Witnesses that said John Berger and Elizabeth his wife have given up all their rights and Dower of the land and Plantation that formerly belonged to DANIEL STOUT, dec'd. viz that part George was to have after his mothers deceased and the said John Berger and Elizabeth his wife reserve the following part thereof...the house that was built for the said John Berger and Elizabeth his wife...six bushels of wheat and six bushels of Rye...

2. John C. STOUT was born in 1754 in Frederick County, Virginia; died in 1794 in Washington County, Tennessee.
3. George Benjamin STOUT was born in 1755 in Virginia.
