guard and her sophmore year she played forward. All of her sisters also played basketball. Her senior year she
was offered a basketball scholarship to a secretarial school in Nashville, but didn't take it. Wilda said, "I
didn't know what a scholarship was and didn't have the sense to ask anyone. "
