    Three early Dodson settlers John Dodson b. Mar 1655; Mary b. 11 Nov 1664 married Richard Boyes; Thomas b. 19 Oct 1669 married Katherine Savile who settled in NJ and were Quakers and children of Daniel Dodson b.c. 1635 of Knaresborough, Yorkshire, England, These appear to be the ancestors of Dodsons in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland.
