  Paul Berton Phelps Obit D: 14 Sep 1976 Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Pegg, Paxton & Springer Beaverton Chapel for Paul Berton Phelps, 4950 SW 139th Ave., Beaverton, a Portland-area resident for 50 years who died Tuesday in a Portland hospital. He was 64. A member of Teamsters Local 81, Mr. Phelps was a retired truck driver. He was born in Amity June 2, 1912. Surviving are his wife, Betty; children Elaine Olson, Aloha, Carol Jean Gilgan, Troutdale, and Glen Phelps, Aloha; his father, Charles Phelps, Portland; and four grandchildren. Interment will be in Willamette National Cemetery.
