Beloved husband of JoAnn Talley Takao. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on May 13, 1941. He was an avid fisherman and traveled to many places before settling in Bogalusa, Louisiana. He enjoyed spending time with his many Grandchildren and his best friend Greg Fornea. He was a member of the Church of United Faith. His wishes were to be cremated and his ashes placed in the Pacific Ocean. Memorial Services are incomplete at this time. Thank everyone for their prayers and support during these difficult times.
