BB died of a heart attack.

records say he died 3 Oct 2001 and his last residence was in Ft Mitchell, Kenton, Kentucky.
His obit says he died in Jamestown, TN. The only Jamestown, TN, I could find was in Fentress County. ***This is near Burrville, TN. He might have been visiting
his relatives in Burrville when he had his heart attack, but he lived in Kenton County, Kentucky. The family doctor is in Jamestown.

Deceased Name: Benjamin B.B. Jacks Benjamin B.B. Jacks, 71, of Fort Mitchell, died Wednesday in
Jamestown, Tenn. He was a motor mechanic with Constance Marine Co. His
wife, Grace Jacks, died in 1972. Survivors include brothers, Ronnie Jacks of Florence and
Sherell Jacks of Ludlow. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home,
Ludlow. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of services Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery,
Erlanger. Memorials are suggested to American Diabetes Association, 8899 Brookside Ave., West Chester, Ohio 45103.
