Note from Tom McElfresh (Oct 19, 2002): The 1920 NC census lists Addie Dillon (sic), age 21, single, born in N.C., "Lodger" in the household of (her and my uncle) James A. & Odie Dillon. Addie's occupation is "Stenographer" at a "Garage". James A is listed as an automobile salesman, so perhaps they were employed at the same place.
