  The death notice in the 4-3-1890 "Peoples Press (Salem, NC)" 1851-1892 gives the following information regarding Peter's death: "Fulp, Peter Jenkins, aged 23 years, 11 months, and26 days, March 15, 1890, near Glennwood, Yadkin Coount. The deceased was a husband, father, and friend and always kind to the poor. In September 1884, he was married to Miss Martha J. Glenn, who survives him. The remains were interred in the Glennwood graveyard."
