- Rosalie A. Feagans, age 73 of Dayton, Ohio, passed away Sunday, May 18, 2008 at 10:15 p.m. She was preceded in death by her parents; Carmel and Caroline Umina. She is survived by her loving husband of 16 years, Eugene "Bud" Feagans, formerly of Chambersburg; sons, James Michael (Claire) Common, John Douglas (Billie) Common, Robert (Christiana) Feagans, daughters; Melissa Ann (Commons) Ruff, Nancy (Feagans) (Scott) Hayes, grandchildren; Cate and Sydney Common, Zachary Ruff, Daniel, Keith and Tiffany Hayes, and a sister, Elizabeth Naughton. Rosalie graduated from Julienne High School, Dayton, Ohio, class of 1952 and received a Masters Degree in Counseling from the University of Dayton where she was employed for many years in the Housing Department. Rosalie loved ballroom dancing and in her younger years was an instructor for the Arthur Murray Dance Studios. She also was a model for the JC Penney Co. Friends and family may call from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27th at the Sellers Funeral Home, 297 Philadelphia Ave. Interment will follow in Lincoln Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. James R. O'Brien officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 384 Floral Ave., Chambersburg, in memory of Rosalie.
