  WFT #3476 On October 13, 1761, John Duncan of Hamilton parish, Fauguier County, Virginia, bought for 5 shillings, the lease for land in Hamilton parish formerly called "Colonel pages (now Churchills)". It was 100 acres given by Capt'n Joh Russell to his son martin Russell (deceased) who gave it to his daughter Caty (Russell) Duty. Elizabeth Hotzclaw and Caty Duty were second cousins.
