Savannah and Jacob were adopted by David and I August 7th 2009. They do not know but will in time. Their biological mother is my sisters daughter. She drank while pregnant causing Jake to have brain damage, Savannah seems to be ok, She is a very bright little girl. We got custody of Jake at 8 months and got Savannah at birth. We changed her name, we knew all parental rights were going to be terminated, so we named her what we wanted, and it was changed on her social security card and birth Certificate
